Position : MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Job Descriptions :

  • Grand Indonesia Management Trainee Program is intended for those highly motivated individuals who to pursue a career in the retail and property industry and prepare themselves to understand the whole business process for their leadership roles within our company
  • You will gain insight into how our business operates and how to evelate the customer convenience. You will be given the opportunity to contribute while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree From any major with a minimum GPS is 3.0 out of 4.0
  • Pursuing a degree qualification with solid academic background
  • Willing to undergo 2 years of service bond throughout the program period
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic in the retail and property industry with an open mind to learn all functions
  • Excellnet project management, problem-solving and communication skills
  • A strong team player who is proactive, responsive and can thrive in a fast-faced & collaborative environment
  • Active in school or community organizations and have leadership experiences is a plus point
  • Fluent In English both in spoken and written at the business level is strongly required
