1. Fleet Analyst

As a Fleet Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, organizing, and coordinating all projects and task forces related to Giga account retention and penetration activities. The main objective of this position is to improve performance according to their respective areas and assignments.

2. Import Export Analyst

The Import Export Analyst position involves monitoring, analyzing, evaluating, and reviewing IAMI's import business activities. You will ensure the smooth supply of imported raw materials, efficiency of import costs, and compliance with applicable regulations.

3. NPM – People Development Analyst

As a People Development Analyst, your primary responsibility is to plan, review, and evaluate the dealer organization and dealer service quality standards. This aims to ensure the effectiveness of the dealer workforce organization.

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate majoring in Psychology for position number 3.
  • Bachelor's degree graduates from all majors for positions 1 and 2.
  • Fresh graduate from a leading university with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Interested in working in the automotive industry.
  • Actively participate in organizational activities on campus.
  • Have continuous learning ability, analytical thinking, teamwork, and good achievement.
  • Willing to be placed in all working areas of PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia.
