1. Specialist Human Capital (Project) - All Site Project
Qualification:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Law/Management
- Have a BNSP HR Supervisor certificate
- 4-6 years experience in the same position in Human Capital Department in a leading coal mining contractor company in Indonesia
- Good communication and interpersonal
- Analytical and detail skills
- Willing to be placed in all CK project sites
2. Training Support - All Project
Qualifications :
- Minimum education S1
- Ability to teach and create training modules – Train Of Trainer (TOT) Certification
- Proficient in making presentations in the form of power point
- Willing to be placed in all CK projects
3. Trainer Operator - All Project
Qualifications :
- Minimum education: High School / Diploma 3 in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum work experience of 5 years (high school) or 3 years (D3 Engineering) as a heavy equipment operator trainer
- Train Of Trainer (TOT) & POP (BNSP) Certification
- Proficient in making presentations in the form of power point
- Willing to be placed in all CK projects
4. Trainer Technician - All Project
Qualifications :
- Minimum education: High School / Diploma 3 in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum work experience of 5 years (high school) or 3 years (D3 Engineering) as a plant trainer
- Train Of Trainer (TOT) & POP (BNSP) Certification
- Knowledge related to heavy equipment machinery and heavy equipment operation
- Proficient in making presentations in the form of power point
- Willing to be placed in all CK projects
5. Project Management Office - South Kalimantan
Qualifications :
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Mining/Industrial Engineering
- Mastering Indonesian and English
- 2-3 years experience in data analytics in mining company
- Familiar with graphic design creation
- Kemampuan: Green Belt, Six Sigma, Business Strategy, Business Process Pertambangan, Data Scientist, Internal Audit Certified
- Placement location in the South Kalimantan project area
6. Officer Fleet Management - All Project
Qualifications :
- Minimum education D3 Mechanical Engineering/Information Technology Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in a leading coal mining contractor company
- Have POP certificate
- Knowledge of mining operations, heavy equipment operations, and K3LH
- Ready to be placed throughout the project
7. Dept Head SCM - Project - Area Kalimantan Timur
Qualification:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in SCM (Supply Chain Management) in the mining industry
- Willing to be placed in the East Kalimantan project area
8. Section Head Fuel & Lubes - All Project
Qualification:
- Minimum education S1
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same position in a coal mining contractor company, especially handling fuel
- Knowledge of mining operations, heavy equipment operations, and K3LH
- Willing to be placed in the project
9. Engineer Tyre - All Project
Qualification:
Minimum education D3 Mining/Civil Engineering
Maximum age 45 years
Minimum 4-5 years experience in the same position in a leading coal mining contractor company in Indonesia
Have a minimum POP certificate
