Holding BUMN Danareksa is a strategic instrument of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia which acts as a holding for transformation and investment of more than 50 multi-sector companies under direct and indirect ownership with total assets of IDR 86.7 trillion (USD 5.6 billion) consisting of 4 sub-clusters, namely Financial Services, Industrial Estates, Construction Services and Consulting, and Media & Technology with the aim of increasing the scale of the business into a high-performance company with superior governance that contributes significantly to the economy and society.

Danareksa Next Apprentice (DNA)
Danareksa Next Apprentice Program (“DNA Program”), a flagship program specifically designed to recruit and develop young individuals who have the potential to become future leaders. This program aims to foster cross-functional expertise with a deep understanding of various industries within the company. In addition, through this program, participants will gain managerial skills through extensive learning experiences and exposure to various aspects of the multi-sector industry. What will be obtained from this DNA Program:

General Requirements:
- Minimum GPA 3.25
- Bachelor's degree graduates with a maximum age of 25 years or Master's degree graduates with a maximum age of 28 years.
- Not married and not planning to get married during one year of the Management Trainee Program.
- Not having a direct family relationship (parents or siblings or spouse) who works at PT Danareksa (Persero).
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia according to company needs.
Skill Requirements :
- Have good academic achievements and actively participate in non-academic activities that demonstrate leadership, teamwork, or initiative.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to understand, internalize, and apply the main values of AKHLAK (Trustworthy, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, Collaborative) in daily work and behavior.
