PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk - PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk is one of the largest bakery companies in Indonesia, established in 1995, operating its first factory in Cikarang, West Java. In 1996, the Company launched its first commercial product under the brand name “Sari Roti”. In addition to Sari Roti, other products that are also very popular in the market include Special 6 Slices White Bread, Cheese White Bread, Chocolate Sandwich, Peanut Cream Sandwich, Strawberry Chiffon Cup Cake, Pandan Chiffon Cup Cake, Chocolate Chiffon Cup Cake, Mix Fruit Filled Bread, Chocolate Vanilla Cream Filled Bread, Chocolate Cream Filled Bread, Cheese Cream Filled Bread and several other product variants. The Company operates its second factory in Pasuruan, East Java in 2005 and its third factory in Cikarang, West Java in 2008. Since June 28, 2010, the Company has conducted an Initial Public Offering and listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The company's bread business is growing, so the company is building new factories in several places, such as in 2011 the construction of three factories at once in Semarang (Central Java), Medan (North Sumatra), and Cikarang (West Java) and the construction of two factories in Palembang (South Sumatra) and Makassar (South Sulawesi). Position:
1. Staff AR Collection

Qualifications :
  • Minimum education is Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or relevant.
  • Have 1 - 3 years experience in the same position (Account Receivable), preferably in FMCG or manufacturing companies
  • Assigning Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Mastering accounting software, preferably ERP System (SAP)
  • Good in terms of administration, communication, analytical skills, accuracy, negotiation, and target oriented
  • Understanding of GMP, ISO 9001-2018, FSSC 220000, ISO 14001-2015 will be a plus
Responsibility :
  • Ensure that all billing documents submitted from AR Open File are complete according to the billing requirements of each customer and are ready for invoice exchange by the Collector.
  • Check AR Status and coordinate with AR Open File regarding invoices that have not been billed and coordinate with the Collector regarding bills that have not been exchanged for invoices.
  • Entering customer receipts into SAP in order to control invoice age, receipt date, invoice exchange date, due date, and payment date.
  • Carry out General Trade (GT) billing for agents twice a week and distributors once a week and send receipts and tax invoices per week for distributors and for agents once a month.
  • Checking and identifying payments from customers on bank transfer checks must be in accordance with the invoices and returns in SAP and conducting bank reconciliation.
  • Conduct AR clearing (CRV entry) and archive CRV documents according to payment details and nominal amounts according to the value entered in the company's bank transactions.
  • Establish good communication with customers regarding unpaid bills
  • Coordination with the Sales team and relevant departments in dealing with customers who have payment problems
  • Maintain TTF (Trust Transfer Form) data without missing anything
  • Conduct monthly coordination with SCM Department and provide feedback on document handover routines.
2. Area Sales Supervisor

Qualifications :
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from any major, preferably from business management, economics, or relevant majors
  • Have experience in leading in Sales for 2 - 3 years
  • Mastering Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Mastering the Riau Islands area (Batam, Karimun, and Bintan), especially in sales
  • Have an active SIM A and C
  • Able to work with targets and communicative.
Responsibility :
  • Coordinating with the corporate entity team, namely PT Indosari Niaga Nusantara (INN) Batam and Tanjungpinang branches
  • Ensure that sales value is achieved at designated distributors & agents
  • Maintain & transform existing agents & distributors
  • Preparing potential replacement agents & distributors for each area
  • Recruiting and adding agents & distributors in accordance with the expansion plan or development of maintenance coverage and providing coaching to agents & distributors
  • Conducting mentoring or joint visits with Distributor Salesmen or Hawker Agents in conducting daily checking/briefings with each Distributor Salesmen or Hawker Agent to conduct Regular Business Reviews every quarter with Distributors/Agents.
3. Staff Costing

Qualifications :
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Economics)
  • Have Min 2 Years Experience as Costing
  • Mastering Microsoft Office (called Ms Excel)
  • Menguasai Basic Accounting, Cost Accounting, & Inventory Management
  • Able to operate SAP applications
  • Able to analyze data
  • Able to carry out active communication both internally and externally
  • Placement in Pasuruan
4. Assisstant Raw Material

Qualifications :
  • Min. Vocational High School Industrial Chemistry/Analyst/Biology
  • Have knowledge of GMP, Halal, ISO 9001 & 22000
  • Preference will be given to those who have work experience in FMCG as QA/QC Raw Material for at least 1 year (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Purwakarta Plant Placement
5. GA Field

Qualifications :
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in all majors
  • Have at least 1 year experience as General Affair
  • Have HSE handling capabilities
  • Have a General K3 Expert Certificate
  • Able to operate Ms Office
  • Placement in Makassar
Responsibility :
  • Monitor and coordinate with building maintenance according to the work plan.
  • Monitor cleaning activities and control all company environments with cleaning services
  • Carrying out waste management activities (scrap, treasury, BS) according to SOP
  • Carrying out operational service vehicle arrangements
  • Set driver work schedule
  • Maintenance and control of telephone usage
  • Responsible for Security and Environment (HS) activities
