PT Vale is part of Vale, a multi-mining company from Brazil operating in 30 countries with a total of 110,000 workers and contractors across its business units. PT Vale mines laterite nickel to produce the final product in the form of nickel in matte. PT Vale's nickel production volume averages 75,000 metric tons per year. In producing its nickel in the Sorowako Block, PT Vale uses pyrometallurgy technology or smelting techniques (melting laterite nickel ore).

Position:

1. Automation Engineer

Conduct automation technical supports, automation studies, and automation projects in the Process Plant department to solve problems, maintain performance, or realize improvement initiatives in a safe, time-efficient, cost-effective, labor-saving, target-oriented, and quality-oriented manner.

Condition :
  • Minimum education of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering majoring in Strong Current or Control Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Automation/Control System.
  • Have programming experience (advance) with PLC controller (AB System, PLC Siemens System) and HMI - Factory Talk View (mandatory).
  • Understanding Automation Functional Description and international standard control systems (ISA, ANSI).
  • Memahami P&ID system, Field Instrument Device, Sizing Device Methodology, Control System dan Field Device Network system.
  • Understanding Automation Control Network and Automation System Conceptual Design.
  • Understanding of Automation Server is preferred.
  • Member of the Indonesian Professional Engineers Association (PII) is preferred.

2. Junior Automation Engineer

Condition :
  • Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Control Engineering/Physics Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in automation and control system related field is preferred.
  • Mengetahui PLC (AB System, PLC Siemens System) dan HMI – Factory Talk View (mandatory).
  • Understanding Automation Functional Description and international standard control systems (ISA, ANSI)
  • Understanding Automation Control Network and Automation System Conceptual Design.
  • Understanding of Automation Server is preferred.
  • Member of the Indonesian Professional Engineers Association (PII) is preferred.

3. Junior Mechanical Engineer

Providing control design & mechanical engineering work from the engineering feasibility study stage to the commissioning stage of the operational project with good quality results, meeting the Company's standards and national & international standards. Providing technical assistance to the operational and maintenance departments for troubleshooting and root cause analysis of major failures.

Condition :
  • Minimum education of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Preferably have minimum 1 year experience.
  • Basic knowledge in the field of Energy & Logistics Process, Mechanical Engineering Design Procedure (MSP/PNR), national and international standard engineering design, and Mechanical Asset Integrity Software Analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles.

4. Project Resource Coordinator

To create plans & schedules and to ensure the availability of project resources (labor, equipment, tools, materials) for approved work orders that specify the safe, correct and efficient completion of the work.

Condition :
  • Minimum education D3 all majors.
  • Minimum 3 years experience, preferably project experience.
  • Mastering SAP (mandatory).
  • Understanding of report and presentation making.

5. Reliabilty Data Technician

To assist the Part Coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator and Mechanic, Electrician, Welder and Tireman workers in creating, completing and closing W/O, inputting data into the system, preparing spare parts according to requests from the Part Coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator and workers so that tasks can run smoothly and completion of target times can be met.

Condition :
  • Minimum education D3 all majors.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Reliability/Maintenance/Project Management/Data Processing.
  • Mastering SAP (mandatory).
  • Having a POP/POP refreshment/K3 Workshop certificate is preferred.

6. Thermal Instrument Planner

Prepare work packages for approved tasks by defining requirements, resources, standards, maintaining maintenance records, arranging critical reserves for Thermal Plant Maintenance schedules and ensuring all resources are available and all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.

Condition :
  • Minimum education D3 Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
  • Having a K3/Basic Safety certificate is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Thermal & Operation and Maintenance, Process Improvement, project cost estimation & budgeting, and safety system.
  • Preferably have a certificate from the Indonesian Electrical Experts Association (IATKI).

7. Capital Admin

Conducting capital planning process administration, ensuring standard procedures are carried out to complete documentation and capital forecasting, reporting and allocation processes.

Condition :
  • Minimum education D3 all majors.
  • Have minimum 3 years work experience.
  • Knowledge of Project Management systems and principles.
  • Knowledge of planning, capital scheduling and accounting principles.

Other requirements for all positions:
  • Able to speak English well, both written and spoken.
  • Computer skills (MS Office Applications: Word, Excel & Power Point).
  • Participants who are declared to have passed are participants who have met the minimum standards at each stage (technical test, interview and medical checkup according to PT. Vale Indonesia standards).
  • Holders of East Luwu Regency ID cards.
