Job Description:
BINA BNI is one of BNI's programs to build the nation. This program is part of job training and guidance for inexperienced workforce by providing knowledge, skills and abilities (Knowledge, Skill, Ability) which is carried out in an integrated manner between theory-based training and direct practice.
Qualifications:
- Indonesian citizens
- Fresh graduate, have never had work experience, have never been registered/become a BINA BINA
- Minimum education is SMA/SMK with an average final year report card score for semester 5 and 6 of minimum 7 or D1-S1 GPA of minimum 2.5
- Age 18 years 0 months 0 days to 25 years 0 months 0 days at time of registration
- Height Min. Women (155 cm), Men (165 cm)
- Physically and spiritually healthy
- Able to communicate well
- Never been involved in drug cases or other legal violations, proven by a Police Record Certificate (SKCK)
- Obtain parental approval to take part in the Bina BNI apprenticeship program
- Not married and willing not to marry during the apprenticeship period
- Willing to be placed in Regional Office 15 Area (Jakarta Kemayoran Region)
