Position:

1. Service Advisor – BYD Semarang
Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions with personalism, ensuring a positive experience
  • Conduct thorough assessment of vehicle damage, providing clear and detailed explanations to customers.
  • Prepare accurate estimates for repair time and cost, aligning with customer expectations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high standard of documenting and updating vehicle data.

Requirements:
  • Have at least two years of experience as a Service Advisor
  • Have SIM A.
  • D3 minimum education in Automotive or a related field.
 
2. Training Specialist
Requirements:
  • Maximum age 30 years
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or HR Management
  • Preferably have experience as a Trainer/Training Staff in an Automotive/Retail Sales company
  • Have the ability to coordinate and build good relationships with all work units/organizations
  • Proficient in using Ms Office applications, able and accustomed to processing data using Ms Excel
  • Familiarity with Canva or video editing is a plus
  • Have a creative, energetic and independent personality and have good communication skills
  • Willing to work mobile
  • Willing to be placed at BYD Branch Office (Jabodetabek)

Job Descriptions:
  • Develop TNA & Training Matrix
  • Coordinate with all ATPMs related to training scheduling, materials up to evaluation and reporting to ATPM.
  • Coordinate with the Branch Manager/Branch Leader regarding the technical implementation of training.
  • Coordinate with the presenters in preparing the material to be presented
  • Create, provide pre-tests and post-tests and analyze the results of each test given to participants
  • Prepare all the needs (facilities and infrastructure) needed for the continuity of the training to be held
  • Facilitate the needs of participants and presenters and schedule programs
  • Conduct analysis regarding the effectiveness of training/learning/content on a regular basis and report the results of the analysis in the form of data reporting
