2. Export-Import Admin (Temporary)
Responsibility :
- Manage documents and administrative processes related to export-import activities.
- Ensure completeness of customs documents, such as BL, Invoice, Packing List, etc.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties, including customs, expeditions and vendors.
- Monitor the status of goods delivery until completion.
- Make regular reports related to export-import activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experienced in import-export administration for at least 1 year.
- Proficient in data processing using Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP software (preferred).
- Have good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work full time on a temporary contract (±3 months).
