  • Analysis of customer complaints, resolution of customer complaints and status of customer complaints.
  • Preparation of customer relationship development programs, customer relationship development process, identification and response to information needs for regulators and stakeholders as well as relationship management with regulators and stakeholders.
  • Identification of office supply needs (Internal transportation/Consumption/ATK) including preparing plans for management, maintenance and repair of office supplies as well as updating data related to office supplies.
  • Preparation of recommendations related to office supply.
  • Identification of needs related to housekeeping includes preparing standards and work plans for housekeeping management as well as monitoring and evaluating housekeeping management activities.
