1. EVENT SUPPORT - MEDAN

Condition :
Indonesian citizens.
Minimum education: D-III in all majors.
Able to operate computer and Microsoft Office.

Job description :
  • Responsible for events from start to finish.
  • Event Planning: Event organizers are responsible for planning every aspect of an event, including location, time, theme, decorations, entertainment, and other facilities.
  • Vendor Coordination: They work closely with various vendors such as catering, decoration, lighting, and entertainment service providers to coordinate all event preparations.

Job description :
  • Preparation of fuel/NBBM/LPG sales realization reports.
  • Preparation for the execution of Retail and Industrial distribution.
  • Preparation for handling inappropriate fuel/NBBM/LPG from customers.
  • Analysis of customer complaints, resolution of customer complaints and status of customer complaints.
  • Preparation of customer relationship development programs, customer relationship development process, identification and response to information needs for regulators and stakeholders as well as relationship management with regulators and stakeholders.
  • Identification of office supply needs (Internal transportation/Consumption/ATK) including preparing plans for management, maintenance and repair of office supplies as well as updating data related to office supplies.
  • Preparation of recommendations related to office supply.
  • Identification of needs related to housekeeping includes preparing standards and work plans for housekeeping management as well as monitoring and evaluating housekeeping management activities.
  • Help monitor, carry out and analyze the performance of supporting service workers and contract workers.
