Position:

1. Mold Operators
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school education / equivalent
  • Priority is given to those who have taken an antigen swab or have had vaccines 1 & 2
  • Able to carry out preventive mold
  • Able to setup molds and analyze main problems in plastic injection machines and can make repairs
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the field of plastic injection
  • Male, Age Max. 28 years old
  • Able to use a computer for updates
  • Responsible
  • Min height. 165 cm
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the field of plastic injection
  • Physically & Spiritually Healthy
  • Must comply with applicable health protocols
  • Those who have already done the test are not allowed to do the test again
  • Diligent, thorough, focused and persistent


2. Line Quality Control
Requirements:
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Thorough and responsible
  • Priority is given to those who have had an antigen swab or have had vaccines 1 & 2
  • Male, Age Max. 25 years
  • Able to make standard inspection reports, quality complaints, production quality
  • Minimum high school education / equivalent
  • Min height. 165 cm
  • Ready to Shift
  • Minimum 1 year experience as QC in Injection
  • Have a Leadership Spirit
  • Have knowledge of 5S
  • Understand and be able to operate measuring instruments (caliper, torque)
  • Must comply with applicable health protocols
  • Those who have already done the test are not allowed to do the test again

3. Maintenance
Responsibilities:
  • Understand electrical installations and be able to carry out repairs, new installations and maintenance independently
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Maintenance
  • Understand and be able to operate all machines (Injection Machines, Chillers, Generators, Compressors, Water Pumps, etc.) and can carry out appropriate and efficient repairs.

Requirements:
  • Willing to work shift system and holidays
  • Minimum high school / vocational school education
  • Min height. 165 cm
  • Male, Age Max. 40 years old
  • Have good communication and analysis
  • Discipline and responsibility
  • Willing to work under pressure

4. Operator / QM Injection
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for implementing 5S in their respective work areas
  • Separating NG production results from OK ones
  • Packing production results according to standard packing
  • Run the machine and produce products according to schedule or target
  • Make daily production reports correctly and on time
  • Carry out work according to SOP
  • Report any product nonconformities or abnormal conditions to the leader or QC

Requirements:
  • Min height. 165 cm
  • Male, Age Max. 28 years old
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the field of plastic injection
  • Must comply with applicable health protocols
  • Diligent, thorough, focused and persistent
  • Physically & spiritually healthy

  • Carrying out cost improvement activities

Requirements:
  • Work Experience Min. 3 Years in Accounting
  • D3/D4 Accounting graduate
  • Male or Female Age Max. 30 years
  • Strong understanding of financial statement analysis
  • Familiar and familiar with accounting software
  • Understand taxation and be able to handle company tax obligations and reporting.
  • Able to make financial reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet & Cashflow)

7. Injection Technician (jatake)
Requirements:

  • Have at least 1 year of Injection Machine Technician experience
  • Responsible

  • Controls 5R / 5S activities
  • Ensure smooth production according to targets
  • Maintain equipment and machines in good condition
  • Controlling the Production Process in Quality and Quantity
  • Setting parameters to get products according to quality.
  • Perform troubleshooting if problems occur
  • Set the ManPower (Operator) Mapping according to the Operator's capabilities

8. Injection Technician (Cikarang)
Requirements:
  • Priority is given to those who have taken vaccines 1 & 2
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Plastic Injection Technician
  • Understanding Types of Plastic Materials
  • Have a Leadership Attitude
  • Understand the Injection Machine Process
  • Man. -Max age. 28 Years

Responsibilities:
  • Set the Mapping ManPower (Operator) according to the Operator's capabilities
  • Perform troubleshooting if problems occur
  • Controlling the Production Process in Quality and Quantity
  • Setting parameters to get products according to quality.
  • Maintain equipment and machines in good condition
  • Controls 5R / 5S activities
  • Ensure smooth production according to targets

9. Internship Accounting (Jatake)
Requirements:
  • Students majoring in accounting or related majors
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Have a willingness to learn and a disciplined attitude
  • Have good analytical skills
  • Able to communicate well

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the process of recording company financial transactions, including sales, purchases and expenses.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Verify financial documents.
  • Support other accounting administration tasks
