PT Emas Antam Indonesia is a subsidiary of PT ANTAM Tbk engaged in retail and the owner of the EmasKITA & KENCANA brands that offer 99.99% pure jewelry and distribute official ANTAM precious metal products. EAI aims to enter and become a reputable player in the domestic retail gold, jewelry and microbar business. EAI started its business as a distributor of ANTAM goldbar products and is a licensee of the ANTAM brand which is currently collaborating with strategic partner PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (“HRTA”) in producing and marketing gold bars under the Emaskita and Kencana brands.

EAI is the owner of the Emaskita and Kencana brands. Emaskita is a microbar gold product in 0.1 gram and 0.25 gram denominations with ANTAM standards and quality. Emaskita products are available in standard and thematic packaging with attractive designs. While Kencana is gold jewelry with a purity of > 99.99% that offers a new style of investing. EAI will also soon release Emaskita products in denominations of 0.5 grams to 100 grams.

Currently, PT Emas Antam Indonesia is providing job vacancies to join in the following positions:

Posisi : Staff Legal & Compliance

Task :
  • Providing legal advice and services in the preparation and review of legal documents with relevant business units.
  • Review procedures for existing company business processes, and provide suggestions for changes and improvements.
  • Analyze current/updated regulations and provide direction and guidelines on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Advising on day-to-day corporate legal matters
  • Responsible for regulatory reporting and compliance issues
  • Collaborate with Corporate partners' legal & compliance teams to create legally compliant enterprise products
  • Building and maintaining relationships with relevant authorities and institutions
Condition :
  • Bachelor's degree in Law
  • High analytical ability
  • Understanding the legal regulatory aspects and corporate governance of companies, licensing and trade
  • Have integrity and be honest
  • Able to negotiate and solve problems
  • Minimum two years experience preferred
  • Understanding the legal aspects in the retail business sector
  • Understanding aspects of procurement of goods and services and the land certification process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
