Job Vacancy at PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera (GDPS)

Currently, PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera is opening recruitment for job vacancies to join in the following positions:

1. Flight Operation Officer

Deadline for registration is September 10, 2024

Qualifications :

  • Minimum education: high school or equivalent
  • Have a valid and active FOO license
  • Preference will be given to those with work experience in the field of aviation operations.
  • Able to work with a team or alone
  • Have integrity, honesty and discipline
  • Work location of Garuda Indonesia Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Airport, Lombok

Job description :

  • Melakukan input data fuel used, actual acft mvt pada daily journal, daily monitoring reconciliation PJP2U
  • Ensure the appropriate number of human resources at each touch point provided by Ground Handling if there is an irregularity at each touch point.
  • Provide input and suggestions to the Station Manager with the aim of improvement in order to achieve company targets.
  • Coordinate directly with active Crew (Cockpit and Cabin Crew) on operational activities
  • Coordinate with external parties (Airnav, AP I) with the aim of smooth operational activities

2. General Affair

Deadline for registration is September 5, 2024

Qualifications :

  • Minimum education D3 all majors
  • Have experience in asset management, event planning and IT maintenance (added value)
  • Able to operate Ms Office programs
  • Have good communication skills
  • Honest, disciplined and responsible
  • Able to work in a team or individually

Job description :
  • Responsible for the procurement of daily office supplies
  • Office asset maintenance and monitoring
  • Ensure office buildings and equipment are maintained and functioning properly (including offices, furniture, electronics and IT)
  • Assisting the company licensing process with external parties
  • Monitor the work of cleaning services, security and drivers

3. Private Driver

Deadline for registration is September 10, 2024

Qualifications :

  • Minimum high school education
  • Have recent experience as a private driver for at least 2 years
  • Have an active Class A SIM (can use GPS)
  • Healthy, honest, responsible, neat in appearance and have good communication skills
  • Willing to live in the User's residence
  • Accustomed to driving and operating electric cars and luxury cars such as Alphard, BMW, Fortuner, Mercedes Benz, and others

Job description :
  • Maintain, prepare and drive operational vehicles to arrange and pick up according to needs and superior orders.
  • Carry out routine checks on vehicles that will be used every day to avoid unsuitability for use.
  • Carry out vehicle cleanliness checks on both interior and exterior before and after use.
  • Maintain, clean and check the completeness of vehicle equipment before use.
  • Report to your superior if there is a problem with the vehicle.
  • Carry out pick-up and delivery according to the requests and schedules that have been arranged.
