On its journey in 2017, to further complete the cleanliness of the environmental area, TukangBersih (PT Tukang Bersih Indonesia) was created which has a goal in accordance with its name. Then in 2021, business expansion gave birth to pestCare as a pest control solution. In 2023, a new page began with the company name PT Indocare Pacific changing to PT. Ecocare Indo Pasifik Tbk. 

Until now, ecoCare, TukangBersih, and pestCare have become one ecoCare Group Company which always strives to provide the best service as a one-stop-solution for maximum protection for all Indonesian people.

Management Trainee

Responsibilities :
  • Lead multiple projects across departments and directly coordinating with CEO
  • Demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced nature of national company
  • Actively seeking to learn, train, be mentored, and face challenges
  • Pursuing opportunities to support one’s personal & professional development
  • Collaborate with colleagues and team members to understand workflow processes, departmental functions, and company culture
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal metrics to propose strategic recommendations to management

Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Management, Business major or similar)
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Committed and eager to learn
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate strong structural thinking ability
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills and a great team player
  • Passionate about the future of facility services industry
